Believed to be a Porcelain garlic, Ivan has enough unique characteristics to make its classification uncertain. What is known for certain is that its robust growth pattern and fantastic flavor are winning friends wherever it goes. Our grower reports success as far south as Texas with this hardneck garlic! Ivan’s size puts other hardnecks to shame. It has performed well here in our test garden in central Arkansas, and is one our favorites for flavor as well.
