Southern Seed Garlic warrants that the product it sells conforms to the label descriptions as required by State and Federal Laws. It makes no other warranties, expressed or implied. Any liability for breach of any warranty or contract is limited to the purchase price of the product. In the event of crop failure or circumstances beyond our control that prevent Southern Seed Garlic from fulfilling the order, buyer will be refunded the full purchase price of the seed.  Garlic has a limited shelf life and should be planted promptly. There is NO REFUND for Homesteader Guides or other Downloads.
